#8 for the WIN!!!! That is one kick ass Harley! And you should hear her act it out too. She can even sing the song that Harley sang for Boxy in Harlequinaide.
1, 19, and 22 are in a three way tie for second. They're hot but they didn't emulate the character like 8 did. Bottom of the list? #5. She's just scary looking…

i think if we're going on costume alone, not hot-factor of the player, i'd have to go with 8. it's accurate and the hammer is awesome! can i has hammer??
