Deadpool blu

Article by Gregg Katzman

It’s still so surreal to me that Deadpool has his very own movie. I fell in love with the Merc with a Mouth back in college, which was about a decade ago. The feeling wasn’t mutual, but that didn’t stop me from stalking him – I made it my goal to collect most of his appearances, a mission which would now be ridiculously expensive. So, to now live in a world where Deadpool is a household name is just so cool to me. And the fact that director Tim Miller’s Deadpool movie is legitimately awesome makes it all even cooler. Obviously, I quickly added Deadpool to my collection of Blu-rays. It wouldn’t have mattered if the Blu-ray had just the movie and all of the generic audio options – the quality of the movie alone makes it worthy of a purchase. Thankfully, the quality of the Blu-ray is also very awesome.

Deadpool Comic Book Marvel

Article by Gregg Katzman

Marvel’s been releasing a wide variety of all-new titles. From Red Wolf to Hellcat, it looks like the publisher is making sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy. But you really didn’t think a little thing like two Earths crashing into each other would stop Wade Wilson, a.k.a. Deadpool, from finding his way back into the spotlight, did you? Of course not! The Merc With a Mouth is back for an all-new volume, and seeing as the third issue goes on sale tomorrow, we wanted to let you know why the title is worthy of your time and focus. (And your money, obviously. What? Did you seriously think Deadpool would let you read his adventures for free?)
