Wade Wilson, a.k.a. Deadpool, and Laura Kinney/X-23, a.k.a. Wolverine, may both have accelerated healing factors and enjoy using pointy weapons in a fight, but they’re drastically different people. The Merc with a Mouth loves to babble and use his impressive agility to throw off his opponents, but X-23 tends to apply a very no-nonsense approach – and now it’s done in a non-lethal way. Will Wade annoy the new Wolverine and take her down, or will X-23 defeat the motormouth merc?  With Civil War II currently tearing apart the Marvel Universe, we thought it would be fun to imagine these two at odds in the big event! Can you believe that the Summer is just about over? By the time the first day of school rolls around, the big box chains will already have the Halloween banners up. We cannot get a rest! I say we just whittle it down to two seasons: warm & cold. DONE!

However in the toy world, the fourth quarter means holidays, and holidays means shopping. Lots of shopping, which means that the big toy companies (and the little guys as well) are going to spare no expense as to what Junkies should keep their eyes peeled for once the leaves start to change and the flurries begin. Deadpool blu

Article by Gregg Katzman

It’s still so surreal to me that Deadpool has his very own movie. I fell in love with the Merc with a Mouth back in college, which was about a decade ago. The feeling wasn’t mutual, but that didn’t stop me from stalking him – I made it my goal to collect most of his appearances, a mission which would now be ridiculously expensive. So, to now live in a world where Deadpool is a household name is just so cool to me. And the fact that director Tim Miller’s Deadpool movie is legitimately awesome makes it all even cooler. Obviously, I quickly added Deadpool to my collection of Blu-rays. It wouldn’t have mattered if the Blu-ray had just the movie and all of the generic audio options – the quality of the movie alone makes it worthy of a purchase. Thankfully, the quality of the Blu-ray is also very awesome.
