Midtown’s Marvel Guide Part 2: Out of Continuity Fun!

These books are ones you can read and enjoy without having to read other titles, so if you don’t feel inclined to invest yourself heavily into the mainline Marvel continuity, you can still check out these fantastic reads!
Midtown Bloggericcis! Raph back this week with some more interviewage, this time with one of my favorite new writers, Jonathan Hickman! Hickman is mostly know for his work on independent books like Pax Romana and The Nightly News, but he’s revitalized the Fantastic Four, added depth to the Marvel U with S.H.I.E.L.D. and made conspiracy nuts giddy with Secret Warriors. I got to ask Jonathan some questions before the madness of San Diego, and here is what he had to say!

Fantastic Four #587 Available One Day Early!

Marvel has announced that the highly anticipated Fantastic Four #587 will be released on TUESDAY January 25th instead of the usual Wednesday release. Marvel has said this polybagged issue will not appear on newsstands and will have no overprint. Be there Tuesday for this historic event!
