Hey there, Midtown Bloggerite! It’s Raph, and I’ve got some Fear Itself goodies! With yesterday’s release of Fear Itself and the Fear Itself Home Front tie-in, we are heading into Marvel’s biggest event of 2011! I got the chance to ask Fear Itself writer and personal friend (hah! If only…) Matt Fraction about the first ish. This will be a very spoiler-ish discussion, so I would suggest waiting until after you’ve read Fear Itself to dive in.

Hello Midtownies! With Fear Itself launching, and Marvel recently introducing it’s list of “Architects”, I thought I’d spotlight the Architect of Marvel’s newest event, as well as the writer at the helm of Thor and Iron Man, Matt Fraction!

Midtown Bloggerinos! Raph here this week with some thoughts and a review! The prelude to the Marvel event Fear Itself, Book of the Skull, came out last week. With that book, the 2011 Event Cycle is gearing up, and I can already hear the groans about “event fatigue”, and I actually have some thoughts contrary to “popular” belief.

This Tuesday Marvel made a major announcement at Midtown Comics Times Square, the new blockbuster event Fear Itself. After the press conference some lucky fans that were in attendance were treated to a surprise signing by Joe Quesada, Tom Brevoort and Axel Alonso!
