We are looking for a new hero to join our team. Midtown Comics is currently searching for a full-time customer service specialist to help make the world a better place! Think of us like the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.; we remain unseen but we are totally awesome. Basic skills required:

  • At least 2-years experience as Customer Service Specialist
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Type 50+ WPM
  • Must have 5 + years of advanced comic and collective knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced collective environment with live chats, phone calls, emails and other related daily tasks
  • Ability to work in a unified team
  • Must be punctual

MUST be available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

MUST be able to commute to our Warehouse in New Hyde Park, Long Island
