Spiderman Comic Books

I’ve been a Spider-Man fan as long as I can remember, in fact the first comic I ever got was a trade with the first six issues of Amazing Spider-Man in it and since then I’ve loved the tales of Peter Parker and his Amazing Friends. And not only is Peter returning with the all new Amazing Spider-Man #1 in a few weeks, and Miles Morales will be coming back with his new series “Miles Morales: The Ultimate Spider-Man” in May, but last week it was announced that Miguel O’Hara, the Spider-Man of 2099 will be returning with his own ongoing series, and to top it all off there was yet another announcement that this fall Dan Slott would be writing a storyline called Spider-Verse, which promises to feature every single Spider-Man from every alternate reality/ universe/ future/ past ever.

Midtown Bloggerinos! Raph here, with a special post regarding our favorite wall-crawler! This year marks the 50th anniversary of Spider-Man’s first appearance, and we here at Midtown got to be involved in a special party with Marvel Comics involving the Cake Boss, Buddy Valastro, making a brilliant cake to celebrate. I’ll wait until the episode premiere to actually get into it, but for now, I’d like to share some of my favorite moments in Spider-Man’s history.
